What is a credit?
One credit unlocks one email or phone number. Searching, scoring and previewing leads is always free.
Why is Dragly so cheap?
Dragly runs in your own browser and uses the data already on your screen. There is no data bill to pass on to you.
Am I ever charged twice?
No. You are never charged twice for the same person. You are never charged for a lead with no contact details.
Do unused credits roll over?
On Starter they roll over for one month. On Ultimate they roll over for three months.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can keep searching for free. Buy extra credits any time, or move up a plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your dashboard. Changes start on your next billing date.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. Add Dragly to Chrome and start. No card needed.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period.
Is my login safe?
Dragly never sees your password. Your session stays on your machine.
Do you offer refunds?
If Dragly is not right for you, write to us within 7 days of paying and we will sort it out.
Which payment methods do you take?
Cards, UPI and PayPal. Enterprise plans can pay by invoice.
